• We use I-CAR documentation to determine structural integrity of vehicle and extent of vehicle damage.

• We use Mitchell Estimating System computerized program to determine all of the costs of repair of the vehicle.

• Document total loss with total loss sheet (ADP or CCC).

• Determine whether vehicle is fixable or totaled.

• Provide accurate cost estimates of damage .

• In comprehensive claim determine origin and cause of damage.

• Take photos, write estimates, and forward documentation to appropriate parties.

• Handle all supplements with re-assessments in body shop with photos and documentation transfers to appropriate parties as needed.
